As a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, I demonstrate our product to prospects and existing customers to provide them with a detailed view of our current products and demonstrate the benefits of using those products in their workplace. To do this I often build up relationships with these customers or prospects to gain a real understanding of their current.

As a product consultant for Cascade, I was assigned too projects for our newly signed customers. I would assist in the implementation of their new system a full end to end build from HR to Payroll and everything in between. Managing weekly payroll from start to finish. Inputting hours on a weekly basis and liaising with departments to ensure the correct hours and overtime were paid. Helping with the recruitment process from sifting through CVS, contacting applicants to arrange interviews and carrying out interviews.

Assisting run the 4 weekly payrolls using the Peoplesoft payroll system. I was responsible for answering queries from a group of stores and would be in regular contact with the personnel or administrator from store level.
