In Teen Outreach Program (TOP), I have made lesson plans that follow the guideline requirements set by Wyman's specific curriculum. Each weekly group meeting has a lesson plan, which includes an ice-breaker, lesson, and psycho-educational activity. As a co-facilitator/assistant of the Adolescent Parenting Program (APP), I attended home visits and group meetings. Within this program we make referrals for the participants to get services that the Coalition cannot provide to places such as Department of Social Services and the Health Department.
