I spend almost twenty years with BT's International service, starting as an operator and progressing to a training position where I was responsible for delivering training both to new recruits and to long term members of staff. This was primarily to retain the level of service expected from a world renowned company and to ensure that all operatives were up to speed on new developments in operating systems.I have been in my current position since February 2004, providing the full sales package to a core of high profile companies and also lots of smaller, local businesses. I take the customer from their initial enquiry, identifying their requirements, sourcing products and negotiating best pricing, through to completion of order and supply within the designated time frame.I have a passion for customer services and giving my clients the best service possible.
