Highly experienced HR Leader and Consultant, with over 25 years of broad and varied UK and international HR experience, gained in Retail, almost 20 years in the Media with the BBC, and most recently within the Not for Profit sector with Oxfam.Experienced in scoping and leading significant organisational development and change management projects, including my recent work co-leading the HR function at Oxfam GB through a period of substantial reorganisation and culture change, and my past work at the BBC, culminating as the Head of HR for the biggest expansion of the BBC World Service since the 1940s. I volunteer on an ongoing basis to support small charities and individuals who approach me for help.
