At Tenacious HR, I work with organizations of all sizes, and my approach is to partner with you in building your tenacity, as individuals, teams, or within your working culture. Tenacious HR is available to support you and your business or team with: - A people-centred approach to complex employee matters - Developing your organisation - Coaching for leaders, managers, early careers, neurodivergent colleagues and burnout - Mentoring for HR teams - Bespoke leadership or management development - Industrial Relations - Taking a trauma informed approach I’m an experienced HR leader with over 25 years of broad and varied HR experience, in the UK and globally across five continents. I spent my formative years in Retail, and then spent over 18 years at the BBC working across their various UK and global broadcasting operations, 5 years at Oxfam GB, and have undertaken voluntary work supporting individuals and smaller charities. My stand-out achievements include being the Head of HR for the largest expansion of the BBC World Service since the 1940’s, and also co-leading the HR function of Oxfam GB through substantial organisational and cultural change. I’m known for my strategic insights, collaborative approach, and am trusted for my instincts. I thrive in environments where I can make a difference at a personal or organisational level. A natural developer of others, I particularly enjoy championing people in early stages of their career and seeing them thrive. I take a trauma-informed and data-led approach to my work and have an interest in supporting neurodivergent colleagues and colleagues experiencing burnout.
