School Breathe is a pioneering programme, both online and in person, dedicated to improving the mental and physical wellbeing of students and staff through the power of breathwork. Our mission is to create healthier, calmer and more focused learning environments by teaching simple, science-backed breathing techniques that enhance emotional regulation, reduce stress and anxiety, and creates a calmer classroom. Through engaging workshops and online resources, we empower schools to integrate breathing practices into the daily routine, promoting a culture of wellbeing for everyone involved. From reducing anxiety to boosting concentration, our tools are designed to help students thrive academically and emotionally, while giving teachers effective strategies for classroom management and self-care.
