Served as the lead instructional designer for a multi-phased enterprise-wide project involving the implementation of SuccessFactors’ Performance Management System. Oversaw two instructional designers and an elearning specialist. Responsibilities included mastery of the Performance Management System, analysis and design of a blended learning solution, technical training to acquaint trainers with the system, creation of classroom materials for leadership training, storyboard design, facilitation of train-the-trainer sessions, weekly status update meetings with the instructional designers and elearning specialist, removal of obstacles for the team, conduction of review and approval meetings with the business owner and stakeholders, and adjustments to materials as a result of review processes and the pilot training session.Served as project lead for the Corporate Learning, Customer Service, and Sales design teams to develop customer-facing Dealer Site training for over 10,000 car dealers.Partnered with the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) training team to lead an 8-week webinar series entitled Automotive Internet Marketing: a Traditional Approach to Non-Traditional Media. The webinar series was attended by more than 500 car dealers across the country.Served as the lead Quality Assurance representative reviewing all materials against department standards before they were released for classroom and web-based delivery.
