Our proof of concept is a 10-minute DEXA body composition scan that helps people assess their risks for preventable but debilitating conditions - heart disease, osteoporosis, diabetes, and more. Since inception, we've provided over 175,000 scans via 11 vans and 3 storefronts in 5 major cities. Clients that use our services regularly are more simply successful achieving their health goals. As one of 3 co-founders, I was a leader or major decision-maker in almost every decision - product, operations, marketing, culture, and growth - in our history. I've led, hired, managed, and trained 100+ employees over the years to provide a service that receives near-universally stellar reviews - despite it being fundamentally a test that measures how fat you are. I've developed and shaped many of the cultural policies that we use today, as a company that considers our culture one of its strategic advantages.I originated our B2B side, from the day I landed our first B2B partnership. Over the years, I've helped build and maintain multi-year business partnerships with dozens of community partners, from local gyms to major corporate campuses, including Google (15 locations across three states), Facebook, LinkedIn, Sony, Safeway, Amgen, and PIMCO. I developed the initial direction for the BodySpec brand, producing all required marketing in support of our growth - including print, email, direct mail, social media, and video. Key among these campaigns was the launch of our membership program in early 2021, which has now grown to $1m+ in annual recurring revenue.Our company has grown consistently every year except 2020, with 40% pre-pandemic CAGR.
