Her trial experience includes trying the largest individual taxpayer case in U.S. history. Additionally, Elaine has trained and counseled clients on culture & values, employee motivation, gender neutral evaluations, and diversity issues. Recognized as an authority on effective management strategies, she seeks to improve not only corporate outcomes but also the employee experience. Passionate about local engagement and improving the Kansas City community, Elaine has also served in leadership positions on numerous boards and committees focused on health, education, and the arts. She currently serves as President of the National World War I Museum and Memorial Board of Trustees and as a member of the Executive Committee of St. Luke’s Hospital Board of Trustees.
