Responsibilities and accomplishments:Directed Annual Fund. Surpassed $450,000 goal in FY13 and FY14 by more than 10%; raised $50,000+ per year for JF&CS restricted programs.Managed more than 15 direct-mail and e-mail campaigns per year.Served as development liaison to Schechter Holocaust Services, Parkinson’s Family Support, Center for Family Assistance, and Adoption Services to provide strategic direction to program directors.Created strategies to achieve annual goals for unrestricted and restricted programs.Managed a portfolio of 100+ donors (gift range $1,000 - $5,000).Integrated North Shore and Worcester into Annual Fund strategy plan.Supervised Development Associate.

Reported to the executive director of the largest women's research-and-action organization in the U.S. Responsibilities and accomplishments:Directed all aspects of WCW's Annual Giving Fund.Managed approximately 10 direct mail campaigns per year and gifts from $25 to $10,000.Served as staff liaison for the volunteer Development Committee that reports to the Board of Directors.Develop a strategy to solicit additional funds from Annual Giving donors for the $3.5M fundraising initiative in recognition of the Centers' 35th anniversary.Supervise two development coordinators and three to five student workers each year.Directed friend-raising and fundraising events, including the annual leadership dinner for major donors.Cultivated and stewarded donors via mail, e-mail, and phone.Generated e-mail solicitations to lapsed donors and non-donors on the database.Created content for Giving pages of website and appeals included in the monthly e-newsletter; assemble donor honor roll published in the Research & Action Report.Transitioned WCW from membership-based giving to an annual giving culture-completed 2005.Conceived and published MemberLink, the WCW membership newsletter (1996 - 2004).Leveraged the Annual Giving program to support the WCW Endowment Drive

Reported to the project manager for this for-profit direct mail/telemarketing firm which served dozens of non-profit organizations including WGBH, the New England Aquarium, Harvard University, and the American Film Institute. Responsibilities and accomplishments:Designed and implemented phone-mail fundraising programs for non-profit client organizations.Developed lead materials, scripts, and other marketing communications for campaigns.Monitored and analyzed program performance and implemented strategies to improve program results.Trained administrative assistants and supervised two employees.
