The goal of the Monroe College Corporate Partnership Program is to create mutually beneficial relationships with businesses and nonprofits throughout the metropolitan area. Our Corporate Partnership Program has 3 components and we can work together on one or all, based on your interest and needs: Our Internship Program - Every student is required to do an internship during their course of study and we place over 1600 interns each year. We invite our partners to consider Monroe College students as interns (every student is required to do an internship to earn their degree).Our Partner Recruitment Program - The College hosts a number of on-campus job fairs and career events that are open to employers at no cost. Jobs can also be posted on our Mustang job link and our career counselors work individually with our partners to find the best possible candidates ranging from current students to seasoned alumni. Additionally, our partners are welcome to schedule on-campus recruiting events Our Educational Grant Program - Our Tuition Reimbursement Program entitles any employee of our Corporate Partners a 20% discount for their entire degree when they enroll at Monroe, either on-campus or online. Effectively develops professional relationships in order to recruit students by visiting high schools and attending college nights, visits community colleges and community-based organizations. Greet prospective students by processing paperwork, interviews applicants, arrange and conduct campus tours, follow-up activities such as letter writing and phone-calling campaigns. Input undergraduate applications and materials into the College’s Salesforce CRM and Colleague database. Work with admissions counselors to track and complete applications for designated segment of applicant pool. Assist in the daily operations of the Admissions Office, providing general office support to Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions including filing, photocopying, mailing projects, and data entry. Work with academic and administrative departments to facilitate enrollment and registration for accepted students.

Manage day-to-day activities of the After-School program and Drop-In program for over 700 Members.Supervise and train over 20 employees by Westchester County Child Care Council guidelines.Supervise and manage all volunteers.Implemented and organized all programs for members throughout the Club. Manage and update all employee, member, and Club documents needed for county licensing.Management our Data Entry system. Responsible for all Parent communications and relationships.Responsible for seeking and maintaining resources and contacts within the Tarrytown/ Sleepy Hollow community and school district in order to aid our members and their displaced families.Liaison between schools and parents for homework, behavior, etc.
