(www.peaceinc.com.au).Through these initiatives, I ‘translate’ and build bridges across cultures, sectors, and worldviews. ⭐ CROSS-CULTURALI have called many lands ‘home’- Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Thailand, and China. I am polycultural.My strength is mobilising teams across cultural divides for collaboration. As Global Co-Chair for the 24-hour Global Peace Conference, I led a global team and collaborated with 5 regional teams from across the globe. A bit of chaos, but a good dose of fun.⭐ CROSS-SECTORALI foster partnerships and help people find common ground. I am a Stakeholder Engagement Lead and Partnerships Lawyer with 20 years experience in various sectors across the Asia-Pacific. I brokered partnerships in government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors, including:► Negotiating multilateral agreements (worth $10 mil) with the World Bank and regional organisations on behalf of the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the NZ Agency for International Development (NZAID)► Managing the international law team for China’s biggest law firm Zhong Lun and overseeing IMF's investments in emerging markets in East Asia► Co-founding a Beijing-based corporate agency that ran MasterCard’s China-wide ‘Priceless’ loyalty campaigns. ⭐ WORLDVIEWSI help people realise their shared interests when they occupy conflicting worldviews or use different jargon for the same idea.
