Responsible for providing HR Leadership, partnering with the business to implement strategies and drive HR programs, including training & development, internal communications, payroll, compensation, benefits, talent development and talent acquisition.

- Manage all HR products in the Country: Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Training, Talent and Development, Mobility, MIS projects and Climate.- Lead, manage and develop the HR Team, ensuring direction, capacity and capability to successfully deliver excellent client service through HRPS new model organization. -Member of the Compensation Committee at Citibank according to the Law 3921(Brazil Central Bank) for Statutory Director;-Manage and oversee the direction of compensation programs including executive base pay, variable and long-term incentive plans, and deferred compensation, providing consultation on compensation matters to senior executives.-Accountability for the annual performance and pay review and associated processes-Managed team of 12 employees (8 in Compensation and 4 in Benefits/Pension Plan)-Developed and implement a program in Brazil according to the local legislation and the company global requirements, to pay the individual bonus partially through the PPR (local plan)without social charges. -Director of the Pension Plan entity managing a DB Plan and also responsible for the management of all benefits programs.
