• Private practice of different bodywork modalities, dependent upon client request, providing advice and instruction on follow up care, stretches, exercises, etc.• Independently and often in combination with massage therapy.• Provided coaching and guidance on healthy diet and lifestyle changes or maintenance individually tailored to clients needs as well as active listening and reflecting with client’s emotional or social needs. Focus in whole food cleansing and allergy relief.• Providing clients with samples, reading material, recipes, tools and exercises (physical, mental or writing) to facilitate the meeting of their goals.• Leading client in evaluations and assessment of progress in relation to goals.• Organizing all client interactions such as making initial contact and setting up appointments, securing location and setting up for massage, establishing and maintaining rapport, taking intake and keeping case notes as needed, receiving and processing payments.• All financial matters including tracking income, expenses, organizing reports, and preparing for taxes. • All computer and internet based marketing, including design, content creation, and social media set up, as well as creation of paper marketing materials.

• Perform duties with minimal supervision, coordinates with the team when necessary.• Accustomed to working with files, statistics and maintaining database in which attention to detail is extremely important. Keep system for accounts payable, purchase order and equipment inventory. Maintain and control confidential employee and departmental files.• Corresponds with other social service agencies and providers, coordinates meetings and keeps notes on the status and changes to programs, action plans and who is assigned to each.

• Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment with a complicated and diverse population, following up on a case load averaging 200 clients per month• Performing intake and initial assessment of clients and assisting in meeting the needs of shelter clients, inclusive of, but not limited to housing, clothing, food, transportation, health needs, and referrals to other providers.• Supervised and coordinated other case managers, resource and job coaches and networked with other staff members, internal providers and agencies to meet the needs of the clients.• Initiation and involvement in development, improvement and evaluation of agency programs.• Very computer proficient, aided in transferring the agency’s filing system from a paper-based to a computer-based one.

• Assist with Restorative Policing officers make contact with homeless individuals, researching (involving interviewing, phone, internet, etc.) and recording of information regarding cases or projects• Network with agencies, organizations and individuals with regards to cases. Attend meetings necessary to Restorative Policing program or to resolving other police/community issues (involved networking with community business leaders)• Research and seek housing placement for subjects, legal aid, or other actions in alignment with their goals.• Clerical: Organizing and keeping files on cases and subjects. Creation of data collection methods. Keeping up with correspondence (mail, email, etc.). Updating police department on specific program intentions and progress via meetings or email memos.
