-Maintaining showroom in professional manner, including updating and revising art for promotions, creating visual displays in the boutique, and opening and closing the store-Supporting the editing, researching, and fact-checking for written and promotional materials-Assisting in selection of new art purchases for showroom inventory and researching artwork to bring in for individual client requests-Perpetuating quality control by inspecting inventory coming in and projects going out, including handling delicate art objects that have undergone restoration and ensuring that damage reports are completed-Consulting on and executing graphic design and photo-retouching tasks for client projects and in-store; processing incoming special print orders -Demonstrating excellent product knowledge including recommending artworks based on décor needs as well as appropriate framing techniques and materials-Supporting phone based sales by reaching out to inactive accounts and calling prospective clients-Upholding superior client care as the primary customer service representative; directing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person as well as contacting clients when projects are complete and processing and wrapping them upon pick-up-Scanning and processing all client invoices, restoration paperwork, and installation, insurance, & sales quotes and organizing them in database-Researching, compiling data, and creating restoration, sales, installation, and insurance quotes-Aiding clients with researching, buying, and selling art on the secondary market, including calculating historical and suggested listing prices-Calculating value of framed gallery artworks for creation of price tags-Arranging of shipping and receiving of artworks
