I recently graduated from University of Washington's Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp, where I learned to write in Javascript, HTML, CSS, Express, Node, MongoDB, SQL, MySQL, and React. I also learned to use GitHub, GitBash, VSCode, Slack, and Zoom. Throughout our group projects I strengthened my project management capabilities and facilitated team communication and collaborative problem solving.My academic background in Biology and Mathematics taught me valuable skills in problem solving, data analysis, and communication. I spent several years after college pursuing a career in medicine, and worked as a phlebotomist during this time. My background in medicine taught how to quickly build rapport with patients, especially when they are in pain or under pressure, and to effectively while prioritizing patient safety. As a brewery manager, I have spent two years building strong relationships with my customers, and helped create a community with the local public through the organization of market events in which we host local small business to sell their wares to our customers.I am now seeking a role in sales, where I can continue to hone in on my relationship building talents, and help bring useful products to businesses and consumers.
