About Eric Layland
As a health equity researcher and methodologist my goal is to find data-driven solutions for eliminating disparities and increasing health equity for populations experiencing marginalization. I apply advanced quantitative and qualitative methods to uncover drivers of disparities and evaluate policy and interventions. In response to persistent disparities in mental and physical health and the lack of evidence-based LGBTQ-affirmative health interventions, I focus on health disparities and intervention in LGBTQ communities especially LGBTQ adolescents and young adults and LGBTQ people of color.
Listed skills include Event Planning, Volunteer Management, Research, Public Speaking, and 24 others.
