Provide informaiton, referral, and follow up to Army Reserve Soldiers, family members, volunteers, and full time staff. Collaborate with local and regional community organizations to meet the requirements and needs for the Army Reserve. Serve as an advocate for family programs and provide assistance to family programs staff in accomplishing the objectives of Army Reserve Family Programs.

Provide outreach to families of mobilized/deployed soldiers in the Army Reserve. Provide trainings and briefings to a wide variety of individuals ranging from soldiers, family members, and volunteers. Follow-up and refer families to different government agencies. Meet all deadlines and required suspense actions. Work at a prompt pace to provide answers to questions and concerns. Take initiative when needed. Submit weekly and monthly reports accurate and punctual.
