With 15+ years of transportation and freight forwarding experience, I help senior leadership outline, document, and distribute multi-department business processes and procedures to frontline field representatives, so they can streamline and expedite shipments to corporate customers.In my career, I am proud that I’ve contributed to the operational efficiency of the organization over the years by:• Identifying and resolving complex business problems by developing/implementing solutions to improve multi-model shipping and receiving operations, 3PL logistics contracting, and freight management. • Analyzing the company’s internal business processes and establishing process improvements for tracking route activity, generating invoices and electronic bills of lading, and tracing shipments.As Project Manager:• I manage 7+ projects with PMP foundation methodology. • I also act as a Program Manager for TOC Logistics internal projects impacting internal team processes,efficiencies,and the international team TMS of choice CargoWise One. As Learning and Development Manager:• I managed an enterprise wide project of training programs for employees to increase employee productivity. I help individual contributors understand complex theories and tasks in a simple “what's in it for them” style and provide easy-to-follow steps that enable optimal service delivery to corporate clients.
