Within Damen Services BV, the aftersales division of Damen Shipyards, in the operations department, responsible for the support of our clients in the Field Service Engineering, Deliveries, Customer Training and Travel.Our Field Service Engineers conduct maintenance, warranty, support, training and specialist tasks. The worldwide Services hub network, with Field capacity, support our expertise.Our delivery departement will support the delivery of Damen built vessels to the operating area of our clients. We conduct those through an ‘own keel transport’ or a ‘heavy lift delivery’.After delivery our training department will support you in the familiarization with the vessel and any support training like simulation training.Our travel department arranges the door to door travel for Damen Services.I support the four teams to excel within their support to our clients. The main drive is to set the support culture and drive to excel in their respective area.Coach the teams to set the standard, aim for their own development and deliver the quality our clients expect.
