Committed to creating the best parks, public spaces, and recreation opportunities for the residents of South Baltimore. Leads the Enhanced Services program managing over $7M worth of investments in capital, community development, maintenance, and recreation projects.

Bikemore is a bicycle advocacy nonprofit working to make Baltimore a better place to live and work through promoting livable streets and pro-bicycle policy.

Changing the face of bicycling by creating pathways for women of diverse backgrounds to embrace biking as an everyday activity and participate as riders, advocates and leaders.

Responsible for all aspects of outdoor recreation programs including Adventure Trips, Community Garden, Bike Shop, Challenge Course, Equipment Rentals, Service and Sustainability, Education Programs, and Climbing Wall. Supervised the Outdoor Recreation Coordinator and up to 40 student employees that work together to deliver high quality outdoor experiences to all USC students, faculty, and staff. Spearheaded projects grew our Challenge Course and Bike programming.

The Benson-Ames Alliance (B-AA) is a grassroots group of community leaders formed to guide the revitalization of the Benson-Ames area in northwest Omaha. Its borders are Western Avenue on the south, Sorensen Parkway on the north, Saddle Creek Road/Fontenelle Boulevard on the east and 72nd Street on the west. The group is striving to become a sustainable community that actively seeks a balance between its built and natural environments. Omaha by Design serves as the project manager.

Connect the greater Omaha metro area to Outward Bound Omaha programs and mission. I did this through a job that combined sales, marketing, community engagement, and program design. I worked with partners to create a transformative, custom-tailored Outward Bound experience that produces lasting results in their students and employees. Created evaluation tool to measure and track program outcomes. Developed public and private partnerships. Assisted Development in the the cultivation of donor prospects, grant writing, and grant reporting and evaluation. Managed social media, and wrote all web copy.

Responsible for taking the Outward Bound Omaha center from concept to fully operational outdoor education center in 6 months. In my two years as Project Manager, I led the construction of a High Ropes Challenge Course, established valuable program partner and stakeholder relationships, and created training and safety curriculum that we still use today. Since its inception in 2010, Outward Bound Omaha has served over 2000 youth and adults throughout the entire metro area.

· Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a specialty mountaineering retail store and rental operation near Mt. Rainier, a sister company of Rainier Mountaineering Inc.
