Directly reporting to the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, I’m responsible for advising on laws and best practices, monitoring the overall compliance through 2nd level controls and issuing training activities related to Anticorruption, Privacy and Antitrust, for HQ and subsidiaries abroad. I’m also responsible for monitoring the compliance through 2nd level controls related to Concession compliance, compliance to Italian decree 231/2001 (companies Criminal Responsibility) and Related Parties compliance.
