More than anything, I’m a needle mover. I have more than 20 years of professional experience in the areas of management, sales, accounting, and services. It’s in my experience of managing two service departments that my fascination for leadership was developed. Being a leader boils down to these three things. 1. Treat people the way you want to be treated.2. Never ask someone to do what you are not willing to do.3. Set people up for success. My desire is to pay forward the things I’ve learned and to empower the people around me to succeed. If we work together and care for those around us as much as we care for ourselves we can accomplish anything!
