Oversaw every aspect of each project from estimating, negotiating, closing, contracts, pay app completion, closeout documents, etc. Projects completed for Waste Management, Simmons Foods, XNA, Walmart Stores, Walmart Distribution Centers, etc.

Provided project management on many industrial contracts, including plant shutdown work with critical timelines requiring extensive planning, safety compliance, and non-stop project coverage to execute for customers including Glatfelter, Planters Peanuts, Gerber (Nestle), John Turk Power Plant, SWEPCO Flint Creek Power Plant, Sam's Club, etc.

A small-scale furniture manufacturer based in Dillon, Montana. Hired ex-offenders and helped facilitate their reentry into the workforce by teaching them valuable job/life skills in the manufacturing environment alongside the State and County corrections departments.Created a product line of over 40 original bedroom and dining room products. Sold the company to a local business owner in order to move back to Northwest Arkansas.

4N051 Medic. During training, worked with the administration to assist in re-writing the military curriculum to raise retention and evaluate risk management for the 98 day program and 8 week hands-on training. Became the 302nd ASTS Safety Representative and was responsible for incident reports, documentation upkeep, and annual reviews. Oversaw occupational risk assessment for medical personnel, working alongside the Air Force Public Health department.Med/Surgical, Neo-Natal, L&D, L1 Trauma, Burn & ED unit expertise.
