I earned a Master’s degree in Training & Organizational Development and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. I am on the faculty for leadership programs at University of Pennsylvania, Exelon Corporation, US Silica and Johnson and Johnson. I have been a speaker for the NJ Bankers Association, Fox School of Business Alumni, the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association, and Philadelphia Association for Talent Development. I am a member of the Philadelphia Society for People & Strategy, where I lead the Bucks-Montgomery County Local Area Network, and serve on the Women in Business Alliance for the Princeton Chamber of Commerce, where I have been recognized as a Champion for Business in 2019.
