I am proud Founder and Partner of Human Edge Resources, LLC, a management and human resources consulting firm specializing in creating resilient organizations, inspirational leaders, and dynamic teams. We partner with clients to deliver leadership development solutions, executive coaching and strategy facilitation to help leaders achieve extraordinary business results.I found my passion for organization & leadership development while working at GE. During that time, I learned so much about having a strong employee and customer-focused culture, and how leaders influence that culture. I gained self-awareness and developed leadership skills that I strive to pass on to others.Since starting Human Edge Resources, I have provided organization development consulting and facilitation, executive coaching, and leadership training to our clients, who have recognized my talent for customized solution design and expert facilitation. My clients span several industries, including Food and Industrial Manufacturing, Insurance, Technology, Utilities, Real Estate, Healthcare, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, Higher Education and Non-Profits. I have also collaborated with trusted partners to deliver workshops to clients in Public Sector, Retail, Luxury Retail, Hospitality, and Medical Devices.I partner with clients to determine desired outcomes and design solutions to exceed business needs. I use adult learning principles to develop programs that energize participants and create open dialog for learning. I am a Certified Professional Coach. I earned a Master’s degree in Training & Organizational Development and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. I am on the faculty for leadership programs at University of Pennsylvania, Exelon Corporation, US Silica and Johnson and Johnson. I have been a speaker for the NJ Bankers Association, Fox School of Business Alumni, the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association, and Philadelphia Association for Talent Development. I am a member of the Philadelphia Society for People & Strategy, where I lead the Bucks-Montgomery County Local Area Network, and serve on the Women in Business Alliance for the Princeton Chamber of Commerce, where I have been recognized as a Champion for Business in 2019.
