Area Manager responsible for four Aldi stores across Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset. Direct leader to four Store Managers, and Personnel Leader to circa 100 store colleagues. Responsible for performance against key KPI’s such as product availability, wastage, productivity, loss and employee retention. Regional lead for customer satisfaction and inventory controls. Also responsible for co-ordinating project rollout across 88 stores.

Sales Performance Manager (previously titled Zone Manager) for Peugeot dealerships within England and Wales. Responsible for managing performance against key KPI’s such as sales volumes, renewals, lead conversion, customer satisfaction, mystery shop and operating standards.

Working in a team of two, responsible for Electric Vehicles, Connected Services and B2B Communications for all Groupe PSA automotive brands in the UK (excluding Vauxhall). On a day-to-day basis, responsibilities included acting as the main point of contact for dealership staff with Electric Vehicle and Connected Services queries and technical issues, managing our shared mailbox. I also worked to improve awareness of PEUGEOT and Citroen as Electric Vehicle manufacturers by representing the brands at a variety of events (both with customers and journalists).

Key Account Manager - Specialist Fleets, responsible for the day-to-day account management of circa 50 Police and Fire forces throughout the UK. During my 18 months within this role, I managed the sale, conversion and delivery of over 2,500 cars and vans. Daily responsibilities included providing quotes for vehicles (often with complex conversion specifications), liaising with key suppliers and convertors to achieve challenging lead time targets, managing vehicle invoicing and registration in line with commercial requirements and acting as the first point of contact for all PEUGEOT Police matters.Additional projects included introducing the sale of Citroen vehicles to Police and Fire forces, with the aim of supplying larger overall volumes and a richer product mix. This involved liaising with departments internally, working to challenge the status quo and influence change. Additionally, I also managed PEUGEOT's presence at a variety of Police exhibitions and VIP experience events. Specifically, I managed PEUGEOT's attendance at the National Association of Police Fleet Managers (NAPFM) exhibition, where my successful planning and delivery of the PEUGEOT stand resulted in the brand being awarded 'Best Manufacturer Stand' in 2016 and 2017.

12 month placement with Groupe PSA, with my time split equally between two departments – Network Development and Parts & Service.Key achievements include supporting a full audit of our approximate 500 dealer sites, managing a trial for a nationwide systems change for technicians (resulting in full implementation across the dealer network), creating corporate identity standards material, regular financial and KPI reporting and acting as a point of contact for our field-based team.
