Acting in a consultant role during transition out of Trustmark to ensure a smooth transition of duties to full time team.

- Implemented, maintained, managed all functions in OneSource Tax Provision for quarterly provision calculations based off Actual and Forecasted results. Moved from Longview Tax to OTP primarily in 2023 and completed implementation a quarter ahead of plan.- Prepared tax financial statement support and dialogue for both GAAP and SAP 101.- Calculated, prepared, and executed estimated tax payments for the federal consolidated filing as well as both sepco and unitary state obligations- Engaged in the coordination, preparation, and filing of various informational reporting forms for Trustmark as well as acted as a third party for similar filings for contracted companies leveraging Trustmark for these obligations. Form volume 10k +, used OneSource Tax Information Reporting and 1099 Express Primarily.- Other Functions and Filings: Withholding Filings and payments for forms 941, 945, CT-1, 8922 On quarterly and annual basis pending filing frequency. State Withholding Filings and payments on Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual Basis, based off obligation. Completed annual reconciliations and submission of informational reporting forms based off yearly state filings to wrap State Withholding for the year. Managed, in part or totally, notices related to withholding, federal income tax, state income tax, and information reporting. Maintained TAS structure for accounts, adjustments, TB Mappings, rollovers, really anything on the admin side for income tax. Managed OTP Framework and administration, establishing anything from users and datasets, to automatic adjustment mappings and updates to blended rates based off a calculation I prepared. Various tasks for all related departments, like data gathering and question answering, also including responses to inquires based off results from tax provision calculations or return filings. Coordinated with outside consultants.
