I am proud to be part of the Old Mill Cafe, a female-owned and operated business that values community, diversity, and social responsibility.As the General Manager of the Old Mill Cafe, I have been responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations, including staffing, ordering, training, quality control, and customer satisfaction. I have also managed the budget, financial reports, inventory, and vendor relations, as well as implemented marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase sales and customer loyalty. Additionally, I have leveraged my previous experience as a Property Manager at WPL Associates, where I handled the management of a 130-unit community, to enhance the maintenance, appearance, and functionality of the cafe premises.
