Having an extensive experience in advertising, we are currently focused on helping our partners grow beyond expectations, by employing our biggest strengths in the game: our Agile way of approaching objectives, mixed with a culture focused on creativity and independence. As a coordinator of the Art Department, my goal is to continue building a strong team that is able to tackle any challenge, from graphic design & DTP to complex UX/UI projects, across all industries.

The natural step further on my journey at ▲promocrat was expanding my range of projects into the field of UX/ UI design. Having the opportunity to work on web design challenges, as well as mobile & web apps, I managed to accumulate valuable experience in a short timeframe, while also improving my management & soft skills in order to continue sharing the knowledge with colleagues who are eager to learn. My approach is always focused on creating the best possible environment for users to get immediate value from the digital products that our partners develop.

My experience as a graphic designer was enriched by the opportunity to get involved in a diverse range of projects for digital and print. The skills I honed during this time were put to good use in complex projects such as national campaign promotions, internal communication strategies and employer branding but also projects with a more limited scope such as corporate identity and advertising materials, illustration, performance campaign ads, video storyboards and more.While also taking on project and account management responsibilities, I developed strong, long lasting relationships with key ▲promocrat partners.

klinica.io is an end-to-end digitalization platform dedicated to small clinics and individual practitioners (SCIP), covering all key areas that they require to become digitalized:🤳Telemedicine📅Appointment Management🧍Patient Management and Medical CRM🏥 Clinic Management🌐Public Presence (Branded Website, mobile app, etc.)Across all these areas, klinica.io offers a high standard of security & compliance. Furthermore, it takes just a couple of minutes to launch a digital clinic and start using most apps and core capabilities.We’re currently in Beta and are working with partners from Romania and abroad to get feedback, refine existing features and add new, exciting ones.

Working client-side has allowed me to learn about the hospitality industry in depth while improving my Graphic Design & DTP knowledge, but also developing skills such as communicating with internal clients from Management, Sales, Marketing & PPC departments or external clients such as print production companies. The seasonal recurrence of projects allowed me to become better organised, detail-oriented and laid the foundation of time management tactics that I still use today.

My first job as a Graphic Designer was a great learning opportunity. Working with a small team, I managed to get a hold of how a print production agency works. Apart from the design tasks, I enjoyed my involvement in related activities such as DTP, production, customer relations & order management. It was the basis of developing a strong work ethics and nurturing communication with production partners, which proved essential later, as I moved to the advertising agency environment.
