Fundacion Cultivar is a volunteer-led grassroots organization in the rural Venezuelan Andes with the mission to facilitate the capacities of rural youth, women and families from the municipality Cardenal Quintero to sustainably and democratically improve their health, ecology and cultural life. The organization's main activities include: * Production workshops, academic and selfsustainability support for children and youth with special needs.* Weekend Reading Circle, and music, painting and crafts workshops. * High-school school film club. * Kids and youth produced podcsts. *Environmental and Bird Watching walks. * Summer camps. * Capacity building worshops for youth and women.

The community organizing job for the Community Water Management project included preparation and delivery of trainning contents to be communities ( CBOs, women, families, etc), local leaders and schools.
