I work with the sales and production departments throughout the order process including shipping. I am often the first point of customer contact, working with researchers across the US and around the world.

As a sales assistant, I am in charge of all new contracts and the correct flow as they make their way into production. As a product order and planner, I am responsible for the correct input, planning, monitoring of all orders and materials of all orders. Using customer information, I set up a schedule for ordering product and any other material needed.
