* * * July-March 2013-2014 - work at the LLC "Golfstrimservice (www.dubki-rc.ru, spare parts for trucks), LLC "Intechno" (www.intechnorf.ru, metalworking instruments), plant "Geksar", LLC (www.geksar.ru, electronic components), LLC "Rublebum" (www.1b.ru, different range of Goods for home, and other Goods) as a translator/interpreter of English language, import manager. I worked here on the basis of the Civil-law agreement during some months only, I was making services as translator/interpreter and import manager. Project work during short period of time.

Type of work: full employment. My position: Import supply chain manager-translator at foreign economic department.My duties:- Making transactions with customers dealing with international sales of telecom equipment + transactions of software development and its supply (phone negotiations + business correspondence by e-mail);- Making contracts of equipment supply with foreign companies (most of all residing at China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Germany, France, Poland, USA, Ireland, UK, Japan etc.);- Placing orders of telecom equipment (microcircuits, heat sinks, resistors, chokes, capacitors, inductors, optical relays and other electronic components);- Control for payments of proforma invoices, control of supplies from the moment of payments of proforma invoices till delivery of Goods to the warehouse and their usage at the production, control of Goods` quality and fitness at the production, substitution of Goods with suppliers in case of unfitness of Goods or its spoilage, checking shipping documents - invoices and packing lists, waybills;- Preparation and translation of contracts of equipment supply and software development and supply, making specifications and additional agreements about the lead time of Goods;- Booking delivery services TNT, UPS, DHL, Forskip, cargo transporters,  etc.;- Control of delivery status;- Help in Goods clearance –  translation of all shipping documents, letters to customs, instructions, technical descriptions – datasheets from English to Russian/German to Russian and vice versa.- Booking of air tickets, hotels, preparation of documents for Visas. - Making of general manager` tasks. - Oral translations during general manager`s negotiations with foreign partners, accompaniment of foreign partners in Saratov.

Type of work: full employment.My duties:- Translation of contracts, agreements, business letters and other documents devoted to industry, economics and commerce with signed copies of which foreign partners and entrepreneurs exchange; -Translation of documents about foreign technologies and foreign technical equipment, engineering;- Business negotiations with foreign partners online and by phone;*** I practiced here during 3 months as translator during my study at the University.
