- Managed the transformation of a typical online store into a comprehensive online marketplace (for several watch and jewelry store chains with over 150 offline stores in 17 cities), significantly expanding the product catalog and improving the user experience. Over 8 years, this resulted in a 13x increase in turnover and an 8x increase in website traffic.- Supervised all business processes, including online sales, digital advertising (SEO, SEA, SMM, YouTube channel), 24/7 call center operations, web development, and quality control.- An omnichannel strategy was implemented, the cart checkout process was optimized to a one-page version and crediting for premium brands was introduced. This led to a significant increase in the number of purchases, a 4-fold increase in the average check, and a conversion rate of +50%.- A system for controlling returns, exchanges and tracking the status of orders without financial investment was created. Thanks to this system, the processing time of returns and exchanges was reduced by 2 times, speeding up the return of money to customers, and therefore maintaining loyalty. - Led the development and growth of mobile application, improving the user experience by making the shopping process faster, easier and more convenient.

- Supervised the product development of CMS Neo, coordinating a cross-functional team of designers and developers to create a robust content management system.- Managed the full product lifecycle for complex web solutions for external clients, from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
