I manage overall investor relations activity, work with the stakeholders and represent the company on investor and analyst meetings, conferences and other events. Having established IR strategy and function from scratch after the IPO, I organised information disclosure and developed IR library: press releases, presentations, annual reposts, and website. With a team of 3 subordinates, we arranged regular results disclosure, activated analyst coverage, enticed new investors and built relations with the international investor base of 300+ funds and leading investment banks. I also supervised launching of ESG function in the company and engaged with regulatory authorities and stock exchanges to maintain seamless listing and public status amid changing macro environment.

I administered USD 1.8 bn IPO process on London and Moscow stock exchanges and started buiding IR function in the company.

I helped foreign companies - issuers of securities get listed on Moscow Exchange and coordinate the process. I aided the issuers in choosing and following the simplest path for their case. I prepared the issuing and supporting docs, arrange all internal procedures for trading and consistently check the issuer’s compliance with the regulation. Another area of my responsibilities was to investigate international best practices to be implemented in Russia, interact with European and Asian stock exchanges and give proposals to the regulator on amending legislation on foreign securities.

I managed overall investor relations for the bank, oversaw a team of 1- 3 junior specialists. While developing the strategy of communications with sell-side and buy-side investment community, I focused on optimizing the ownership structure, drafted all investor materials, represented the bank on 1x1 meetings and conferences, held conference calls on IFRS results and investor days, dealt with Russian and international financial media, and supported IR website and Twitter.I cooperated with rating agencies, international partners and creditors on due diligence and regular reporting, served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors' Audit and Strategy Committees and participated in arranging M&A deals and securities issues.

Analyzed IFRS and RAS reporting, drafted press-releases and presentations. Communicated with retail shareholders (a total of 10+ thousand) and institutional investors on the merger of the company. Supported ADR and GDR programs and mandatory information disclosure. Prepared and filed to the regulator quarterly reports of securities' issuer. Maintained IR section of the website.
