• Develop and implement a strategic annual shareholder communication plan, activities and scheduling• Represent the company to investors in 1x1 meetings and as spokesperson with group presentations• Track analyst models and earnings estimates, track shareholder base and lead strategic targeting of shareholder base • Provide feedback to Chairman of the BoD, CEO and CFO regarding the investment community’s perception of the company and its actions, and their view on its financial results• Collaborate with EM Russia to develop news media strategies that will broaden reach and deepen impact as it relates to the company’s mission and vision, public relations efforts participating in the execution of these initiatives• Develop investor presentations and road show presentations• Prepare earnings and operational releases and half-year earnings scripts• Prepare team for Q&A based on investor inquiries• Manage Annual Report preparation process• Manage company’s non-deal road show schedules including all geographic and account specific targeting, presentations and utilization of the sell-side• Maintain IR database, documenting communication activities• Manage Investor Relations portion of the company website• Work closely with CFO

• Being a focal point regarding all questions and requests with respect to all matters of Norilsk Nickel• Daily contact and daily relationship management with sell-side and buy-side analysts and institutional investors, analysis and review of financial models • Preparing market analysis (market balance, demand, supply and industry cash costs analysis) of Company’s key metals (nickel, copper, PGMs) on a monthly basis as well as weekly reports on stock performance and events in metals and mining industry for the top-management • Keeping the head of the function and the management informed about the market opinion and its trends• Developing of appropriate communication material (content and form), focusing on the key themes and concerns of investors and analysts, as well as finding the right way to “brand” the key messages communicated to the investment community• Managing of Company's annual reports, conference calls, web-casts etc.• Participation in 1x1 meetings with Company's investors within conferences and roadshows• Developing of Company's investors communcations regarding CSR • Analysing quarterly results, preparing and updating investor presentations

Responsible for:• business process model improvement, • risk-based planning, • preparation of terms of references, • managing of internal control testing made by internal auditor assistant, • consolidation of results and writing a report on audits undertaken,• presentation of results for CEO, CFO.In charge of testing of internal controls of financial reporting by auditor assistant, preparation of narratives and walkthrough of processes; review of auditor assistant’s audit files.
