Lead all user research activities for prospect-facing websites, including remote and on-site usability testing and user interviews, online participant recruitment and unmoderated testing using various online UX tools and services. Lead design of website properties through several major changes related to company’s service expansion.

In addition to leading visual and user experience design work took on team management responsibilities.
