CurrentQuickRx is a provider of specialty medications, licensed in 50 states. Our team focuses on providing the latest and most effective pharmaceutical therapies to patients suffering from chronic and rare illnesses. As Chief Operating Officer, I provide the leadership, management and execution vision necessary to ensure QuickRx has the proper operating systems and controls, administrative and reporting procedures as well as people systems to effectively operate.Key Responsibilities:► Work hand-in-hand with the CEO to set and drive the organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs, assisting in M&A and business development strategies.► Translate strategy into actionable goals and monitor its performance and achievement.► Oversee company operations and employee productivity through a highly inclusive culture.► Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management and retention of talent among talent.► Supervise purchasing and return processes, ensuring compliance with PBM guidelines.► Innovate and introduce technology into customer service to improve client satisfaction and pharmacy performance.► Maintain existing client relationships, as well as key customers, partners, and other stakeholders.Implement dashboards and automation for KPIs.► Manage the HR department, motivating, orienting, incentivizing, inspiring and taking corrective measures, as needed.► Work closely with CFO and Accounting to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, as well as weekly revenues reports and pharmacy productivity reports to the CEO.► Create processes to ensure all copays are collected and ensure all insurance accounts receivables are collected.► Develop an annual budget with the CFO.
