The Senior Clinical Trial Manager serves as the clinical functional lead, accountable for the clinical monitoring/site management delivery of assigned tasks and project(s) as per scope. The position as defined by scope provides leadership, mentoring, and technical support to the Clinical Operations team to ensure quality of deliverables and achievement of financial goals. May provide administrative line management, which includes oversight of training, compliance, performance and career management, and development of direct reports.

Main activities and responsibilities:- Regulatory documents preparation and submission (including National Monitoring Centre for Clinical Trials)- Set up and maintenance of project documentation files.- Preparation and management of Investigators Contract.- Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events management, reconciliation and coding.- Electronic Case Report Form design and testing. - Interim Analysis Report writing.- Updating and maintenance of tracking systems and project plans with project specific information.- Preparation and distribution of status, tracking and project finance reports.- Preparation of presentation materials for meetings (internal/external) and project summary data.- Development of study specific procedures.- Training and coordination of project team.- Collecting information on team performance against contract, customer expectations, and project baselines.
