- Offer support to enterprises and individuals on assessing the impact of data vulnerabilities and offercollaborative solutions.
- Promptly escalate any legal or breach compliance issues to third-party vendors.
- Provide case analyses and consultation based on triggering events.
- Deliver secondary support to multiple chat lines of 50+ employees for Kroll’s international support center.
