My name is Elena Stefani, I am 28 years old and I am a Graphic Designer based in Milan. I recently graduated in Communication Design at Politecnico di Milano and in Industrial and Multimedia Design at IUAV University of Venice. Previously I obtained my high school degree in Industrial Design and Applied Arts at the Liceo Artistico G. de Fabris. Since I was a child I have always pursued artistic paths, fascinated by the possibility of using my creativity as a vehicle for social and cultural innovation. Art and communication design allow me to get closer to people through a simple and comprehensible language. They really help me to reflect clearly and directly the message I want to express and my personality. Thanks to my studies, I have developed a strong ability to generate creative concepts and to organize and actively cooperate in multidisciplinary projects - especially team projects. Dealing with different briefs has allowed me to cultivate lateral thinking and to learn how to analyse the communication needs of very different targets. Having to respect very tight deadlines, I have learned to methodically organise my work and manage complex situations, without giving up extreme attention to detail. I am a very positive and open-minded person, who respects the work environment and the people around me. I'm proactive, curious and quick to learn new skills. I am not afraid to step out of my comfort zone and to totally commit myself to autonomous learning.
