Received a Master's degree in Applied Psychology with a focus on Human Development and Social Intervention, from New York University. I find research to be most valuable when applied timely and effectively to inform practice, program intervention, policy and advocacy. NYU gave me the opportunity to delve deeply into how to grow profound, contextualized research-practice partnerships to conduct program evaluation and continuous quality improvement (CQI) in a way that had a tangible effect on programs and the lives of the families and communities we serve. I am most passionate about using my lens of research and analysis to answer critical strategic questions focused on closing the opportunity gap.Well-qualified research professional with a demonstrated ability to evaluate and solve high-level program problems.
