Main activities performed: (i) Coordination of IT team for telemetry device technology development (hardware and firmware); (ii) Analytics and to-be process design; (iii) Support the dashboards development for management reporting; (iv) Data Analysis and Data Quality- Salesforce CRM Service Cloud in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Company: I followed the entire project, from business requirements definition to post go live support. Main activities included: (i) Project management, including managing client meetings to define to-be processes, business & integration requirements and procedures for the new CRM solution; (ii) Realization of functional and analysis documents regarding impacted processes and integration requirements between Salesforce and other integrated systems (SAP, CTI, eCommerce); (iii) Coordination of two international development teams (Poland and India) to implement the Salesforce CRM; (iv) Support and coordination of performance and user acceptance test, and post Go Live support in production environment

Most relevant project- Statics model development for CPG Company: I collaborated to the definition and implementation of a new analytics model to evaluate market trends and performance: (i) Point of Sales segmentation and Panel selection (data quality); (ii) Metrics calculation definition (statistical models and KPI development); (iii) Monitoring of analytics model and continuous improvement- Contact center coordination for CPG Company: coordination of a contact center team for the delivery of different outbound commercial campaigns. Main activities included: (i) Outbound Campaigns planning; (ii) Coordinating Customer Service teams (staffing scheduling, costs and results monitoring); (iii) Data collection; (iv) Monitoring system and reporting- Multichannel strategy definition for CPG Company: I collaborated on the definition of a Multichannel Strategy to increase sales performance. Main activities included: (i) Data Collection and Market analysis; (ii) Point of Sales segmentation & KPI definition; (iii) Commercial reporting for business management, including Power BI dashboards

As swimming instructor I have taught swimming school courses for children and adults. In order to be qualified to teach I had to obtain two technical licenses: in 2011 at the Italian Swimming Federation (FIN) and in 2013 at the National Educational Sports Center (CSEN).
