Current1. Recruitment and Onboarding• Create job descriptions, post job openings on various platforms, and source candidates.• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and candidates’ interviews.• Onboarding and training for new hires.2. Employee Relations• Address employee grievances and mediate disputes to maintain a positive work environment.• Ensure that HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and communicated across the organization.3. Performance Management• Assist in developing performance appraisal systems and coordinate regular performance evaluations.• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.4. Compensation and Benefits• Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.• Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.5. Compliance, Legal, Health and Safety• Ensure the organization complies with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.• Prepare for and assist with internal and external HR audits.6. Training and Development• Organize and facilitate training programs, workshops, and seminars.• Provide support in leadership development initiatives to cultivate future leaders.7. HR Technology and Systems• Manage and maintain Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and security.• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology and automation.8. Employee Termination• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.• Handle the termination process, including severance packages and outplacement services.
