- Planning and launch of a new cosmetic brand with established quantitative and qualitative objectives.- Operational direction of the project and supervision of activities to achieve the set goals on time.- Coordination of technical personnel involved in the project, both internally and through outsourcing.- Monitoring project progress, identifying critical points and implementing corrective actions.- Planning procurement and product distribution activities.- Supervision of transportation operations to ensure delivery deadlines are met.

- Management of the entire product range development process, engaging with the artistic director.- Analysis and definition of product positioning, in terms of technical specifications, packaging and pricing.- Planning and scheduling of development, industrialization and production phases through deadlines.- Project budget management through cost definition and control.- Support for marketing activities and events with specific projects for setup and communication.

- Manage client relationships across the project lifecycle, from the initial brief to final delivery.- Define product requirements, conduct cost analysis, prepare client proposal and negotiate details.- Plan new product development phases, control costs and conduct risk analysis.- Manage complex projects with overlapping deadlines using customized Gantt timelines.- Monitor and manage all project activities using dedicated software, such as SAP.- Provide daily supervision to the assigned direct team and ensure achievement of required KPIs.

- Manage the entire development process, from kick-off meeting to pre-production samples.- Provide technical oversight of packaging projects, considering budget and timing.- Supervise the estimation and prototyping phases to ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets.- Maintain daily interaction with overseas suppliers (China, India, Vietnam) and internal/external stakeholders.

- Define the product range and assortment, managing the creative process from concept to delivery.- Interface with overseas suppliers in China for product development and technical aspects.- Review and approve final artwork files, technical drawings, and 3D files for production.- Create marketing presentations, brochures, prototypes, and content for digital platforms.- Supervise and coordinate activities related to trade fairs to ensure maximum success.

- Provide comprehensive support to the Design Office, with a focus on small leather goods, including organizing materials, coordinating with suppliers and monitoring project timelines.- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications, covering material types and accessories requirements, to facilitate accurate production processes.- Actively participate in trade shows to collaborate on identifying innovative materials and components suitable for small leather goods design, contributing to the creative exploration and sourcing process.- Utilize photo editing skills to enhance visual content, ensuring high-quality presentation formarketing materials.

- General assistance to the design office (sourcing materials, liaising with suppliers and tracking deadlines to ensure timely completion of design projects). - Create technical drawings and write specifications (material types, accessories requirements) for communicating design concepts to manufacturers and ensuring accurate production.- Photo editing for marketing materials.
