CurrentIf you can see it wanting to be born, why not help it? Actually, I'd love the job title: "midwife for adaptive organizations" - except for the bloody connotations;) As consultant, coach, facilitator and trainer I have seen many organizations from the inside and worked with courageous entre- and intrapreneurs towards being more adaptive, self-governed, and purpose-driven. Personally, I thrive in a work environment that fosters every-day personal development and decentralized power and leadership. Sovereign organizations with operating systems like Holacracy, combined with deliberately developmental frameworks - when done well - liberate the adult in us.
