Guest lecturer for the course "Organizations of the Future - Reinventing our organizations to thrive in the 21st century".Course Description:The world of work is transforming itself at an ever increasing rate of change. New advances in technology and research are opening ever newer possibilities to tackle more advanced tasks. In this process, the ways we are doing work and we are thinking about work has changed considerably. Doing work in a group of people has generally gotten a lot more complex over the last decades. And yet, our organizations have remained very similar to what they have been for centuries. Organizations are the core power that drive progress in our world. As soon as a few people start working on a shared goal or problem, we need to organize. If we want our organizations to be able to tackle the challenges of the future, they need to become organizations of the future!In this course, students will discover, experience and prototype new ways of working together and organizing.The course is part of the Masters Program.
