I was responsible for developing and managing our Office department and team, whose tasks include maintenance and development of the 3800 m² office environment as well as providing a high level of professional yet personal service to employees and management. Board member of the tenant-owner housing association (SE: bostadsrättsförening) HSB Brf Reimer. The association's four buildings hold a total of 184 apartments. Between 2017-2020 a major renovation project was executed (total scope of 40 MSEK). I was responsible for the association's finances; planning, coordinating and following up on financing, budgets and forecasts, with support from an external accountant at HSB Stockholm.

I was overall responsible for the Stockholm office premise, housing 40 game developers of all disciplines. This included actively working for improved and efficient administration, procedures and communication within the studio, as well as making sure that the office was in excellent shape. As part of this role, I coordinated a move from a 500 sqm office to a 1000 sqm office.
