We opened our doors in January 2010 to fill a need to provide an excellent home care service to the second home owners of Vail, Beaver Creek and Bachelors Gulch. In addition to home care services we also provide complete rental management.

My responsibilities started after the reservation was secured. I handled all aspects related to vacation activities typically designated to a Concierge. In addition I oversaw the quality control necessary in operating a multi property luxury rental operation. I inspected all homes prior to guest arrival to double check for accuracy and attention to detail..

I was hired to help expedite the launch of OWBR as Vail Villages newest most technologically advanced luxury living facility. The launch had been behind schedule by two years and it was up to our team of 9 employees to make sure we didn't miss another ski season. Developing new ways to operate a 22 resident property from the ground up, while maintaining.

I worked with a group of Concierges developing ways to simplify processes while heightening our guest over all satisfaction. In addition I work very hard to develop strong lasting relationships with local business. This gives my members and guests the edge over other visitors to the valley in terms of dinning, transportation, and activities.
