I’m an active-duty military spouse. I graduate from SMU with a master’s degree in engineering management information science. More than 3 years of business analysis and development experience. Researched ways to improve Hoson Logistics’s revenue by 20% after installing a new operation system. Reorganized company’s staff and reduced overhead cost by 15%. Negotiated new deals with vendors that reduced 25% cost saving. My extensive experience helps me get a better understating of CRM business processes. I’m good at transforming data into executive-level dashboards and reports that can be used to make business decisions.
