I am someone that dives into research and loves asking questions to ensure that processes are stream-lined and surpassing the most opportune standards. Previous experience in musical theatre and visual arts instruction strengthened my leadership, active listening, patience and ability to extemporize. That skill set has especially grown through a deep understanding of event and project management, thus producing a laser-focus to ensure customer satisfaction beyond expectation, accurate financial planning, in addition to creating, implementing and communicating event timelines in a punctual fashion. While functioning as the Vice President of Inclusion and Diversity, my personal tasks were to oversee planning committees, sign off on over 100 events, utilize funds to create large scale concerts and art events, present information through diversity lectures, implement community service initiatives on top of creating climate surveys to gauge guests’ and volunteers’ satisfaction during events.My role in live entertainment coordination and direction includes production responsibilities such as the creation of estimates based off technical riders, finalizing load in/out and event schedules, contracting vendors, maintaining the production master calendar, requesting employees from The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, managing all backstage areas and communicating with clients, Security and Front of House during assigned shows. Past production experience includes The 2019 Democratic National Debates, The 2020 NFL Honors Ceremony, Broadway Across America's Hamilton, The Lion King, Come From Away, Fiddler on the Roof and Hairspray, Miami City Ballet's The Nutcracker, and much more.
